Abigail has had a fever for the past two days. 102. Poor thing just wants to breathe on me and use my face as a tissue. So we’re sick, together, again. Her more than me. In writing the pilot of Straight Up and Dirty for ABC, I’ve let the scrapbooking slide a bit. And when I say "a bit" I mean "completely." There are worse things. The upside is that she’s stopped smearing the dookie ever since I employed a liberal amount of duct tape to her diaper. So thank you for the advice.
cute use of snowflakes =)
We appreciate the flurry of posts and all, but don't you have some work to do? Procrastinate much? :)
definitely very cute
Ha! Love the snowflake placement. I used little gems in my scrapbooking to cover up my boy's jewels. Very cute.
Adorable. I love the classic hair-straight-up picture, and obviously the wee snowflakes.
You scrapbooked diarrhea? His and yours? Wow.
I have a bunch of questions about this scrapbooking stuff and have scoured Ali Edwards site looking for info.
Do you have to have photoshop to put these pages together? Is it all digital scrapbooking for you SK? Or are you using textured elements? If so what kind of "kit" or software do you have that allows you to create these pages?
Obviously, I absolutely love them. I've got an upcoming week-long trip to St. Maarten planned for the later part of January and would love to make an album after I get back… please give me some advice!
they look so cute…. the snowflakes are hilarious!
Oh, this is just too freakin cute!
Would you mind answering some questions about how to "do-it-yourself"? Do you use photoshop to put these together or do you have some digital kit with fun fonts and snowflakes and such?
I've scoured Ali Edwards site for some detailed information but I haven't really found anything that truly breaks it down for beginners. I'll be in St. Maarten for week in January and would love to create a scrapbook of my trip but I need to know where to start (besides taking lots of photos) – HELP!
Thanks much, the twins are beautiful!
The snowflakes cracked me up-awesome.
I hope you both feel better soon.
Did you sedn Christmas cards this year? If so, will you post? If not, will you post what you would have done?
The look on Abigail's face in the middle picture cracks me up! She seems to be thinking "Oh no you didn't!"
Thanks for posting the update. I am sure that many of us are very interested in seeing the progress of this craft undertaking. I understand that you are busy (aren't we all), but I apologize for not realizing/knowing you were also sick.
Thanks again.
Those faces are too cute! Great post…and even better memory keeper! They will thank you for this when they are older (and Lucas' future wife will LOVE YOU for this!)
((did I just scare you with the mention of his future wife?? hehehe!))
I love the font you used on that page. Would you please tell me what the name of it is?

I love the title. I'm a Slacker Mom, too–especially when blogging. Though my babies are now 15 and 18, the Mom Guilt still strangles me. I wrote about it in a series of posts called "Imposter."
